An email inbox for AI agents, ready when you need it
Give your AI agent a temporary email inbox with SendOps. Forward receipts, invoices, and attachments for your agent to read—without connecting your personal mailbox.

Your AI agent can help you understand a receipt, investigate a bounced email, or pull useful details out of a supplier’s message. First, it needs to see the email.
That usually means copying text into a chat, uploading attachments separately, and filling in whatever got left out.
Temporary inboxes in SendOps make this easier. Your agent creates an email address, you forward the message, and the agent reads it. The inbox expires after ten minutes by default.
Give your agent an email address
Imagine asking your assistant to check an invoice you just received. With SendOps connected, it can create a temporary inbox and give you an address to forward it to.
You forward the email from your usual mail app. Your assistant waits for it to arrive, then helps with your question using the message and its attachments.
You choose which emails to share, one task at a time. There’s no need to connect your personal mailbox or set up a new email account.
Built for the moments agents need email
An email inbox for agents is useful whenever the information you need is sitting in a message. You might ask your assistant to:
- Read a receipt and extract the purchase details.
- Review an invoice and its attachment.
- Explain a delivery failure or bounce notification.
- Summarize a supplier’s email and identify the next steps.
- Collect a test email while you’re building an application.
SendOps gives your agent access to the received email’s text, formatting, attachments, and delivery details. That means less copying and more context for the task you actually want help with.
Ready without email setup
Temporary inboxes use an address on sndps.com, hosted by SendOps. You don’t need your own domain, an AWS account, or a separate mailbox.
Your agent can create the inbox when it needs one and wait for the message to arrive. You can choose how long the inbox lasts, from one minute to one hour.
The address is for receiving email only. Your agent cannot send messages or replies from it.
Choose who can send to your agent
If you’ll regularly forward emails to your assistant, verify your sending address once in SendOps. We’ll email you a six-digit code to confirm that you can access that mailbox.
After that, inboxes created by your agent automatically accept mail from your verified addresses. Messages from other addresses are discarded.
These restricted inboxes also don’t count toward your inbox creation allowance, making them the convenient choice for everyday use. Limits on the total number of active inboxes still apply.
An inbox with an expiry time
Temporary inboxes are designed for short tasks. By default, you have ten minutes to forward your message and let your agent retrieve it.
When the inbox expires, it stops accepting and displaying messages, and its download links expire. SendOps automatically cleans up the stored emails and attachments, retaining basic inbox accounting information. You can also delete the inbox early.
Anything your assistant has already copied into your conversation is subject to that assistant’s own storage settings.
Try an email inbox for your agent
Temporary inboxes are now available to all SendOps organizations, including those without a connected AWS account.
Connect SendOps to your AI assistant, verify the email address you’ll forward from under Profile → Verified senders, and ask:
“Create a temporary inbox so I can forward you an email.”
Your agent gives you the address. You forward the message. Then you can get on with the task.
